The thing that separates these two beasts are the capacity (this can cook up to 6.5 quarts) and heating watts (1,400 on this model and 1,700 on the 401). You know what else separates these two? How about $100 bucks? But, but the MSRP is only a $50 difference from the Ninja Foodi OP401. Sure, okay but the thing about the 401 is that it is harder to find and often sells for higher than the MSRP on Amazon (when it goes out of stock).
